## Conversations

Where a recording is available, listen to it and use timestamped transcript
turns to seek to the relevant moment. Recordings and transcripts depend on
the channel and configuration.

## Signals

When post-session analysis identifies that action is required, an Open signal
records the reason and links back to its source conversation. Not every
conversation creates a signal.

## Observability

Authorised operators can inspect session timelines, events and available health
assessments. Full traces depend on permissions and configuration.

## Digital workers

Agents are configured with instructions, tools and channels. Scheduled work
pairs an agent with an instruction and a schedule. Available post-session
automation can send conditional staff emails; a signal does not automatically
mean a worker has completed the follow-up.
